Working in partnership with her clients, from global international companies to small businesses, Sam has managed multiple L&D projects where she has led the design of learning solutions, managed project delivery and evaluated impact/return on investment. As an experienced and highly skilled Instructional Designer, one of Sam's signature strengths is the design and delivery of bespoke L&D solutions. This is underpinned by her strong technical writing skills, thorough knowledge of best practice in adult learning theory and excellent communication skills. Sam is a dynamic Facilitator and Leadership Coach with solid business acumen. In addition to her focus on leadership development and coaching, Sam excels at designing blended and online learning solutions, which is supported by her qualifications in Online Design, Psychology and Facilitation. Sam has a "let's make it happen" style and a great sense of humour, which comes in handy when she's delivering to tight deadlines! In her free time, she loves to spend quality time with her partner Rob and her active Vizsla dog, Mac. Sam loves interior design, hiking and spending time with her family.
